That is a statement that we've really taken to heart lately at Crossfire Masters Commission. The Gospel is the story of Christ's love for us, of how he sacrificed his life for us in what he called the greatest love a man can have (John 15:13). So then, the way we should preach the Gospel without words is by showing people the love of Christ through random acts of kindness. That is exactly what we've decided to do. It's been really hot out lately. So, for the past couple weeks we've been down at the bus stops giving water out freely and when people ask tell them about the water Jesus gives (John 4:13-15). To tell you the truth, I have seen more fruitfulness come from this small gesture of love than from any time spent passing out fliers or going around inviting people to church. There is something that speaks to people on a different level than words when you take the time to show them you care. When you preach the gospel without words people hear it much more easily.
